Booking a school field trip is easy! Here’s how:
🧾 Paying by Check
Submit a Booking Request form, and a member of our team will contact you. Checks must be mailed at least one week before your visit date.
💳 Paying by Credit Card
Click the ‘Book Now’ button to reserve your visit online. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.
Please note: Tax-exempt schools cannot pay by credit card.
📄 Tax-Exempt Schools
Submit a Booking Request and attach your tax exemption form. After booking, email your order number and documentation to dfw.sales@merlinentertainments.biz.
